The virtual art auction doyourpART, started as an initiative coordinated by graduates and the Head of the Visual Arts Department of the Moraitis School, IB.

It has supported the non-profit organization Together for Children for two consecutive years. All the proceeds from our past auctions went to the organisation’s initiative, #mazisynexizoume that aimed to help our fellow citizens recover from the 2021 catastrophic wildfires in Greece.

In previous auctions, over 130 pieces of art were auctioned. All artworks were created by IB students and alumni of the Visual Arts department of the Moraitis IB School as well as art students from other schools.

An additional artwork by renowned artist, Nikos Xatzikiriakos-Gikas was also auctioned due to a kind offer by Hellenic Auctions. We are always deeply grateful for their generosity/donation.

Together for Children recently celebrated 25 years of supporting children in need across the country and is continuing to do so, as the needs are never-ending across the country. doyourpART remains committed to creating a strong community of international artists that share a passion for art, interaction and believe in the dynamic contribution that art can make in very real ways to society.

INSTRUCTIONS | How to participate in the virtual art auction doyourpART

First time users: Sign-up by selecting the Login tab at the top right of the page. Fill in your information and click on the Sign- Up button.
Returning users: Login by selecting the Login option at the top right of the page. Fill in your information and click on the Login button.
Select the Artworks or Make your Bid tab to view the available artworks and click on the one(s) that interest you.
View the current highest bid that has been made for the artwork(s).
Type in the amount you would like to bid and select the option “Place your bid” to make your bid.
Track the development of the auction: if your bid is the highest, you will have won the specific artwork(s).
Assuming you are an auction winner, you will receive an email with information on how to make your donation to Together for Children and all necessary details pertaining to the delivery of the artwork(s) to you.

Η e-δημοπρασία έργων τέχνης με τίτλο «do your pART», μια πρωτοβουλία αποφοίτων της Σχολής Μωραΐτη, στηρίζει την Ένωση «Μαζί για το Παιδί» για δεύτερη συνεχή χρονιά!

Από τις 12 έως τις 19 Σεπτεμβρίου, δημοπρατούνται περισσότερα από 70 έργα τέχνης φιλοτεχνημένα από μαθητές και απόφοιτους του τμήματος Visual Arts του IB της Σχολής Μωραΐτη καθώς και σπουδαστές Καλών κι Εφαρμοσμένων Τεχνών από άλλα σχολεία.

Τη φετινή χρονιά διατίθεται επιπλέον ένα σχέδιο του διακεκριμένου ζωγράφου Νίκου Χατζηκυριάκου-Γκίκα, ευγενική παραχώρηση του οίκου δημοπρασιών Hellenic Auctions στον οποίο εκφράζουμε τις θερμές μας ευχαριστίες!

Όλα τα έσοδα θα διατεθούν για την ενίσχυση του έργου της Ένωσης «Μαζί για το Παιδί» που συμπληρώνει 25 χρόνια προσφοράς σε παιδιά που έχουν ανάγκη σε όλη τη χώρα, και τη προσπάθεια #mazisynexizoume για τη στήριξη και ανάκαμψη των πληγέντων από τις καταστροφικές πυρκαγιές του καλοκαιριού.

ΟΔΗΓΙΕΣ | Πως μπορείτε να λάβετε μέρος στην e-δημοπρασία «do your pART»

Κάντε εγγραφή ως χρήστες της ιστοσελίδας με την επιλογή Login -> Sign-up (και μετά κάντε login φυσικά).
Επισκεφθείτε το tab Artworks ή Make Your Bid για να δείτε τα διαθέσιμα έργα και επιλέξτε αυτό/ά που σας ενδιαφέρουν
Δείτε την τρέχουσα υψηλότερη προσφορά που έχει γίνει για το έργο/α
Πληκτρολογήστε το ποσό που θέλετε να διαθέσετε και πατήστε την επιλογή “Place your bid” για να κατοχυρώσετε τη δική σας προσφορά
Παρακολουθείτε την εξέλιξη της δημοπρασίας για το έργο: εάν η δική σας προσφορά είναι η υψηλότερη στη λήξη της προθεσμίας, το έργο θα είναι δικό σας.
Εφόσον είστε νικητής της δημοπρασίας, θα λάβετε ενημερωτικό email στο οποίο θα αναγράφονται οι λεπτομέρειες για τη δωρεά σας στην Ένωση «Μαζί για το Παιδί» και για την παράδοση του έργου σε εσάς.
